Cancelling a subscription
You can only cancel a subscription in the web app.
- Access your account settings by clicking on your email in the top right corner
- Click on Settings
- Click on Subscription & Billing
- Click on Cancel Subscription
When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your archive in the free mobile app. The mobile app will not give you access to the subscription features.
You will still have access to your subscription features in the web app until the end of the current billing period.
You can upgrade and downgrade according to your needs and means and will always have access to your archive.
If you cancel your subscription during the free trial month before the first payment is due you will not be charged and your subscription will end at the end of the first month.
